Translate business and talent priorities in forward-looking rewards strategies that support growth, transformation, capability building, leadership development, organisation effectiveness and the evolving workforce models across Europe.
Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, market competitiveness, and return on investment.
Drive simplification, digitization, and process excellence across rewards operations.
Shape and evolve the Europe Total Rewards operating model, clarifying roles, decision rights, and interfaces across global, regional, and local teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Extensive experience in Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits leadership preferably across multiple European markets.
Minimum 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits field (with specific experience of international program delivery).
Minimum of 5 years in a role with consulting/influencing.
Proven ability to operate as a strategic advisor to senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Deep understanding of European regulatory environments, including pay transparency and cross-border considerations.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience linking rewards to business and financial outcomes.
Demonstrated success leading transformation and driving change at scale.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
Track record of building and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
Experience working within global organizations with strong alignment to enterprise frameworks.
