Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Learning Sciences, HCI, Instructional Design, or relevant disciplines.
6+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of a product area throughout the full product lifecycle.
Experience translating user research and business context into clear written scope.
Proven ability to conduct end-to-end user research and apply insights directly to product decision making.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and design tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Figma.
Strong written communication skills.
Experience working closely with engineering teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
