Role Overview
- Provide telephone support to prospects using a scripted guide
- Conduct structured initial conversations to assess customer needs
- Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system
- Organize and prepare for advisory appointments in the financial sector
- Support events, seminars and team activities
Requirements
- You work reliably, punctually and with discipline
- You are comfortable with clearly structured processes
- You have pleasant, professional communication – both by phone and in writing
- You follow instructions precisely and document your work conscientiously
- Experience in sales, consulting or customer service is a plus – not required
