Providing excellent administrative support to underwriting teams to ensure CFC can adhere to target turnaround times for our brokers and insureds;
Managing the underwriting central inboxes and logging new and renewal submissions on CFC’s internal underwriting system;
Preparing certificates and other standard documents;
Servicing quotes requests within CFC’s portfolio framework;
Managing referrals from our technology platform and automation process, supporting our brokers and servicing or escalating the requests;
Managing internal workflows and sending emails chasing outstanding items such as subjectivities and renewal business;
Answering broker phone calls and triaging or managing queries;
General ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills to support customers both via email and telephone
Computer literacy with strong skills in Outlook, Word and particularly Excel
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and turnaround times
Excellent level of attention to detail including accurate written and numeracy skills
Good communications skills, courtesy and patience
