Oversee the end-to-end process in our accounting system, ensuring all invoices are accurately entered and properly authorised.
Act as the primary contact for queries, collaborating with teams across the business to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
Maintain high standards of record-keeping, ensuring all invoices are correctly recorded, filed, and audit-ready.
Perform regular supplier account reconciliations, validating internal data against external statements to ensure total accuracy.
Coordinate the setup of new suppliers in the accounting system, including essential due diligence on banking and contact details.
Monitor and manage finance team inboxes to ensure all correspondence is handled efficiently and priorities are addressed.
Proactively identify and flag financial discrepancies or dependencies to ensure the smooth delivery of payments and approvals.

Proficiency in working with numbers and calculations, coupled with a genuine interest in finance and business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solving mindset.
ATT level 3 or equivalent desirable.
Prior bookkeeping or accounts payable experience.
Experience in processing accounts payable transactions in SAP.
