About this role
Role Overview
Independently manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation through contract closing
Build the pipeline as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative, solution‑oriented sales approach
Achieve individual monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to funnel management and closed deals
Independently plan, direct and prioritize all sales activities to ensure a healthy pipeline
Actively contribute to optimizing acquisition processes (e.g., data mining, CRM structures, marketing measures)
Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain a competitive market position
Requirements
Experience in direct consumer business (B2C), ideally in telesales or a sales‑adjacent environment
Strong sales aptitude with solid commercial understanding
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Experience in cold calling and managing complete sales processes through to closing
Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages or telecommunications is a plus but not required
German — business fluent; English — conversational
