Develop, implement, and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of teammates across DaVita.
Work collaboratively with executive faculty, coaches, external vendors, business leaders, and learning professionals to build high-impact learning and development initiatives.
Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evaluating effectiveness.
Support integration of AI into offerings to automate processes and systemize programs for scale.
Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning principles and design high-impact coaching, mentoring, and team development programs.
Communicate program strategy, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and collaborate with various leaders across DaVita.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of experience in complex program/project management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
Demonstrated experience managing leadership development functions, specifically coaching, mentoring, or internal consulting ecosystems.
Strong ability to cut through ambiguity, balance broad strategic perspectives with crucial execution details, and make data-driven recommendations.
Proven expertise or strong willingness to experiment with AI integration, prompt engineering, and agent building.
High comfort level with tools like ClickUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and the resilience to pursue long-term goals despite changing priorities.
