About this role
Role Overview
Developing account development strategy for Oil & Gas and Power
renewables segment aimed at increasing sales volumes in the region
Developing new business opportunities and ensure Hempel is well specified in the segment and with the targeted accounts while working closely with Sales Team
Primary Hempel point of contact for the selected key accounts, initiating and maintaining relations at all management levels and locations
Accountable for performing in-depth market research and competition analysis in Oil & Gas and Power -renewables segment
Prepare reports and presentations as required to both internal and external stakeholders
Support marketing strategies & promotional events & activities for increased brand awareness and demand
Educating, creating awareness and communicating –current scenarios, opportunities and way forward for oil & gas segment to relevant internal stakeholders regularly
Sharing of Projects & Technical Learning within the team
Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews to support sales team achieving its sales targets
Requirements
University / Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business
Post Graduation in Engineer & Management – Preferred not mandatory
Exposure to Oil & Gas and Power -renewables segment – preferred and ideal.
At least 10 years of overall experience & minimum of 5 years in oil & gas segment exposure, and experience with cross
