Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of records retention schedules and classification systems, ensuring they align with business needs
Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to provide proactive communication, manage service levels, and deliver specialized training on retention schedules and Iron Mountain systems.
Conduct regular, proactive audits and systems analysis on electronic and physical records management programs to assess compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Records & Information Management or a related field
Strong knowledge of records management principles, including lifecycle management, retention scheduling, and critical regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, or similar data/privacy regulations).
Proven ability in analytical problem-solving and technical systems expertise (e.g., using Electronic Document/Records Management Systems or DMS) to manage complex data sets and ensure high data quality.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional certifications such as CRA, CRM, CIP, or IGP are highly preferred
