Oversee ongoing maintenance for key ValuePlus Enablers tools—including Salesforce (primary focus), SalesLoft, Crystal, and BombBomb—ensuring accurate access, strong data integrity, timely issue resolution, and reliable reporting and dashboards, as well as lead their effectiveness by delivering training, coaching, and ongoing support to cross‑functional teams.
Act as the central point of contact for commercial teams, providing timely and effective ad‑hoc support across all enabler platforms.
Serve as a key liaison with IT and team members for system troubleshooting, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary resource for SFDC guidance within the Business Group, ensuring process alignment and driving system improvements based on commercial needs.
Collaborate globally across Business Groups to maintain SFDC consistency, particularly within Flexibles.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships through clear communication, proactive engagement, and consistent service delivery.
Contribute to the development of key reports and dashboards that strengthen business intelligence and support leadership decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in applied marketing, business administration, finance, engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Customer Service).
Salesforce Business Administrator certification is preferred.
Preferably strong knowledge of packaging business or related industries such as consumer goods or process industries
