Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions
Develop trust-based relationships, educating clients on owning life insurance products
Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards
Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements
Requirements
Active life license is required; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment
3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably within insurance, retirement planning, or wealth accumulation environments
Experience in a call center or sales role, with proven ability to meet sales targets
Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission
Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly in a remote engagement model
Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently
