About this role

Hands on management of paid campaigns across Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
Manage multi-million-dollar paid social budgets, including pacing oversight and budget reconciliation.
Serve as the day-to-day paid social contact leading smaller clients
Maintain strong executional standards across builds, QA, naming conventions, and trafficking
Analyze campaign performance data to uncover meaningful insights
Support measurement and learning agendas by setting up tests
Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and recommend strategic shifts
Collaborate with other media disciplines to inform integrated channel strategies

1–3+ years of social media experience, including end-to-end execution of paid campaigns
Comfortable working directly within platform backends (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on platform execution
Experience supporting multiple brands or accounts across different audiences or categories preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills.
