About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within your designated region.
Identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote radiopharmaceutical products.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory goals.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and clinical value of radiopharmaceutical products.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Requirements
4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings.
Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals.
Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management.
Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player.
Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
