Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a similar field
Initial practical experience in startups, consulting, venture building or e-commerce
Hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves and get things done
Entrepreneurial spirit: you think like a founder and want to build something
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and a strong bias for action
Desire to take responsibility in a young, ambitious environment in Berlin
Very good command of German and English
