Overarching coordination of the overall project, including management of key workstreams (site acquisition/security, rollout, operations, procurement, product management)
Stakeholder management and liaison with federal authorities (e.g., BMV, contract management), including clarifying requirements and aligning on project-related matters
Preparation and presentation of management reports (Country Manager, C‑Level) on site development, rollout progress and challenges
Budget planning and control as well as oversight and verification of the appropriate use of grant funding
Ensuring compliance and complete project documentation to support quality and process efficiency
Close cross-team collaboration with Commercial, Rollout, Procurement, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, Controlling and Compliance
Advising and operational support to business units on project-specific questions and decisions
Requirements
Completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Controlling or a comparable field
At least 5 years’ experience in project management, PMO, consulting or rollout management — ideally in complex infrastructure or IT projects
Confident use of IT systems, especially Business Central and Excel; ideally experience with Sitetracker (Salesforce)
Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills, team orientation and diplomatic ability
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Strong affinity for numbers, commercial processes and regulatory requirements
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
