Own and execute critical Private Equity business processes and strategic initiatives
Work across investment teams, functional partners, and senior leaders
Create partnerships within the investment team and across other departments
Identify, develop, and drive strategic projects across Private Equity
Own Private Equity KPIs, scorecard, and governance reporting requirements
Develop clear, audience-tailored communications
Plan and execute regional conference for thought-leaders
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of key Private Equity data metrics
Requirements
bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
4-7 years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or other business-related roles
Strong project management skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Established track record in operations, finance, and/or program management
Superior understanding of KPI and data analysis techniques
Expert skills in analyzing and modelling data
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and information systems
