Accountable for meeting annual billable target communicated by line manager
Proactive, diligent, and accurate reporting both customer-facing and internal
Expertise in Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR and Payroll
Serve as primary point of contact for both customers and HSP partners
Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills, relationship management, and project and program management capabilities
Contribute to departmental processes and deliverables
Support related tasks requiring expertise and collaboration

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management
Proven experience leading and managing teams
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Industry experience in Payroll is a requirement. Knowledge of Accounting, EOR and/or Entity Management, with technical knowledge related to international expansion is a plus.
Knowledge of ADP Solutions, their methodologies, and applications are essential for this role. Knowledge of Cloudpay and other Payroll vendors platforms are a plus.
