Support initial analysis, incident tracking, and prioritization together with Product Managers (PMs);
Assist in identifying systemic issues and collecting technical evidence;
Support log review and incident analysis;
Support process mapping, improvement and automation;
Contribute to the creation of manuals, documentation, and presentations;
Work collaboratively with Product and Operations teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field: Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or similar;
Strong knowledge of Excel;
Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle);
Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or Bruno);
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate;
Knowledge of agile methodologies;
Familiarity with Jira or Kanban tools;
Interest in automation, technology, and continuous improvement.
