About this role
Role Overview
- Understand the business;
- Execute and monitor product operational routines;
- Support backlog, SLA and demand queue management;
- Support initial analysis, incident tracking, and prioritization together with Product Managers (PMs);
- Assist in identifying systemic issues and collecting technical evidence;
- Support log review and incident analysis;
- Support process mapping, improvement and automation;
- Contribute to the creation of manuals, documentation, and presentations;
- Work collaboratively with Product and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field: Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or similar;
- Strong knowledge of Excel;
- Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle);
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or Bruno);
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Familiarity with Jira or Kanban tools;
- Interest in automation, technology, and continuous improvement.
