You are responsible for our most important clients in Germany as their central point of contact and ensure they successfully use our products.
You analyze campaigns, provide recommendations on formats, KPIs, and optimizations, and actively support clients in achieving their branding and performance goals.
You identify new business opportunities, drive upselling, and expand our presence in the market.
You work closely with the Campaign Delivery Team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
You leverage CRM data, forecasts, and insights to continuously optimize customer performance.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in digital account management or sales, ideally in the AdTech/media sector
Strong network within the German media industry
Experience with mobile, display, rich-media, and video formats
Data affinity and confident use of CRM systems (HubSpot)
Team player, proactive and flexible
Good English skills
