Caregiver Account Manager, Hungarian Speaking

Role Overview

• Acquire and manage your own client base
• Provide advice to caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline
• Discuss care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies
• Independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact
• Maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys
• Provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers
• Collaborate closely with international teams and provide feedback for process improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live in caregiver (if working remotely)
• Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care (if working in one of the offices)
• Fluent in Hungarian (C2) and either good English or German
• Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage
• Friendly demeanor and the ability to convince caregivers to join marta
