Produce and analyze monthly close reports by working with large volumes of data (revenue, headcount, inventory, etc.);
Design clear, relevant dashboards to support strategic decision-making;
Manage, clean, and maintain financial and operational databases to ensure accuracy and consistency;
Support the budgeting process by ensuring the quality of inputs and entries in accounting tools;
Work closely with senior financial analysts and internal teams on cross-functional projects;
Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of data analysis processes.

University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or data management;
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and VBA;
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets;
Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines;
Strong interest in data management tools (SQL, Access, ERP); experience with Dynamics 365 F&O is considered an asset.
