Role Overview
- Strategic development of clients and digital business models
- Planning, conception and implementation of comprehensive online marketing strategies
- Facilitating and moderating strategic workshops (marketing, content, AI)
- Development of SEO and SEA strategies including implementation and optimization
- Management and development of social media strategies
- Designing content strategies aligned with clearly defined goals and KPIs
- Use of AI tools and AI-driven strategies to improve efficiency and quality
- Continuous monitoring, analysis and performance optimization
- Close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with a high degree of ownership
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing
- Experience in strategic development and client consulting
- At least 5 verifiable, successful reference projects
- Very strong consulting skills and experience in conducting strategic workshops
- Advanced skills in SEO, SEA, social media and digital marketing ecosystems
- High affinity for technology and AI and active use of AI in day-to-day work
- Strong data-driven mindset and confident handling of KPIs & analytics tools
- Highly independent, structured way of working within interdisciplinary teams
