About this role
Role Overview
- ORDER TRACKING
- Manage the operational routine including receipt, inspection, approval, shipment and monitoring of orders using e-mail, the RM Nucleos system and control spreadsheets, with the aim of ensuring accurate and excellent delivery of materials to customers.
- ANALYSIS ORDER ENTRY
- Support pedagogical support in implementing, sending, monitoring and delivering analysis requests through the RM Nucleos system and Microsoft Excel to serve clients wishing to expand their segments.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provide service by phone, e-mail and digital platform to internal and external customers to deliver information and resolve questions.
- CRM UPDATES
- Assist with updating the digital CRM platform by maintaining customer registration data and entering records, incidents and complaints to ensure partners’ information is up to date.
- PRODUCT CATALOGING
- Assist in registering new products using the RM Nucleos system to make these products available for future order implementation.
- CONTRACTS, TERMS AND SUPPLY ORDERS
- Monitor updates to contracts, terms and supply orders, sending the PDF via e-mail to ensure receipt of the customer’s signed physical copy.
- CONTROLS AND SCHEDULES
- Create and update client-specific control spreadsheets, such as calendars of print runs, availability and payment, using Microsoft Excel and the CRM platform to meet partner schools’ needs.
- RETURNS
- Initiate and process return requests so that shipping/inspection have access to authorized items, using the RM Nucleos system to improve accuracy of information between departments and the customer.
- EVENTS
- Participate in BSE fairs and events, assisting with reception and participant accreditation and ensuring excellent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education
- Specific knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the TOTVS RM system is desirable.
