About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the client attends training before the execution of Packs P, M or G;
- Conduct on-site or online consultations with clients;
- Guide clients to request support through the correct channel;
- Teach clients how to perform processes instead of carrying them out for them;
- Develop deep expertise in the tool;
- Liaise with the franchisor to resolve technical issues;
- Manage client activities according to the planned schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma completed or currently enrolled in higher education;
- Mandatory experience in system implementation and training;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Hands-on, proactive attitude
