Serve as the primary point of contact for 25+ assigned Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities
Conduct weekly on-site visits to support operational alignment, build relationships, and enhance patient flow
Attend facility meetings (Resident Council, QAPI, care coordination, leadership) to advocate for NIVA’s services
Monitor wound patient census and proactively address dips through staff education and workflow solutions
Present monthly reports on patient outcomes, utilization, and performance metrics to facility and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities for account growth—expanding services within your territory
Serve as an escalation point for issues and ensure rapid, professional resolution
Support onboarding of new facilities and continuous in-service training for partner staff

2+ years’ experience in skilled nursing, assisted living operations, healthcare account management, or healthcare sales
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-facility portfolios and high-touch relationships
Experience collaborating with nursing leadership and care teams
Track record of achieving goals in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
