Role Overview
- The Senior Project Manager (SPM) works with a high degree of self-sufficiency on more complex projects/large accounts
- Deliver projects for assigned accounts through proactive project management
- Ensure projects are delivered to budget, schedule, and agreed specification
- Meet Avalere Health KPIs while achieving client objectives and surpassing their expectations
- Act as primary project contact for clients and other support agencies
- Actively drive timelines and act as an internal information hub for the account
- Lead client project status calls and internal status meetings
- Develop effective working relationships with Client Service and Editorial leads
Requirements
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management within a Medical Communications agency
- Experience working across both Publications & Med Affiairs deliverables is highly advantageous
