Project Manager

Pax8 is a fast-growing tech company focused on delivering impactful professional services projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery, enhance partner experiences, and contribute to customer success in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
• Plan, organise, and manage resources using structured delivery methodologies
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication
• Monitor project health through metrics, proactively managing risks, issues, budgets and changes
• Balance priorities and coordinate tasks across internal teams and partners
• Deliver clear updates and progress reports to stakeholders at all levels
• Guide customers and partners through Pax8 best practices to maximise project outcomes
• Continuously improve personal capability through training, mentoring, and on-the-job development

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading project delivery within a professional services or technology environment
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Detail-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of cloud technologies is advantageous
• Professional certifications in project management are beneficial
