Role Overview
Establish a trusted brand in the market with customers and prospects across the financial institutions sector
Develop new-to-firm (N2F) relationships and new-to-existing (N2E) business through thoughtful sector specific advice and solutions
Deliver the bank’s broad suite of products and solutions to deepen customer relationships and advance relationship returns
Promote an in-depth understanding of the banks product suite across: credit and finance, capital markets, risk management (IRD, Rates and Commodities), liquidity, treasury management and wealth management
Manage the creditworthiness of the portfolio and its risks
Work with internal colleagues to identify and action risk in real-time
Lead the direction of overall portfolio of clients and prospects to align with the organization's culture, risk framework, strategic road map and revenue goals
Participate in sector conferences and networking events to keep a pulse on market intelligence and sector trends
Foster strong relationships with colleagues across the organization to best meet the financial needs of our clients and drive a culture of inclusion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of in financial institutions corporate banking or related fields
Proven ability to lead strategic client dialogue and business development efforts
Series 79 and 63 (or equivalent) required or obtained within 120 days or start date
