Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
4+ years of related experience
Minimum of 5 years of People Management in an Enterprise Software environment
10+ years of IT Software Development experience
In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure
5+ years of coding experience in .NET Framework, .NET core, MVC, and Entity Framework
5+ years managing .NET Framework, .NET core, MVC, and Entity Framework based teams/applications
Experience developing web-based applications using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Proficient in using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, Web Services)
Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
