Verify and validate requests for services and products originating from active contracts, ensuring they comply with the established contract clauses.
Perform regular checks and updates of contract records in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with operational requirements.
Assist with monitoring deadlines, contract terms and renewals.
Support communication between requesting departments, procurement, and legal to expedite the process of resource activation.
Prepare spreadsheets and basic reports to track departmental KPIs.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data and process quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for spreadsheet management).
Basic knowledge of contract drafting, contract amendments, and procurement/tendering processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Prior experience with ERP systems or CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools.
Knowledge of governance methodologies.
Degree completed or near completion in Law, Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields.
