Monitor changes to the company’s air network, updating and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with Flight Coordination, DOV, DTs, Airport, Handling, Bases, etc., to ensure execution of cargo transportation.
Develop and monitor a deadlines matrix, controlling the inventory of held/stalled cargo.
Provide support to bases and the commercial/client team regarding weight and dimension limits of cargo and compatibility with aircraft door dimensions.
Prepare reports and monitor and populate performance indicators.
Drive process improvements, always attentive to operational safety criteria.
Lead targeted meetings to assess and achieve results.
Interact with internal areas within the Cargo Directorate and other departments across the organization.
Identify and report hazards in operations.
Ensure the operational safety policy is understood, implemented and maintained in the area of responsibility.
Promote operational reporting of events, risks and/or concerns related to operational safety (Safety and Security).
Implement and propose solutions for cargo transfers to optimize use of available resources while ensuring compliance with operational safety procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
Intermediate English (preferred).
Knowledge of airport routines, such as aircraft loading/unloading, airport infrastructure, cargo terminals, handling and equipment.
Proficiency with analytical tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills with process stakeholders.
Excel and Power BI.
Availability to work a 6x1 shift (22:00 to 06:00) at the Verbo Divino headquarters.
