Role Overview
What will the person's day-to-day look like?
- Support in War Room: Participate as support in the resolution of critical incidents, assisting the senior team in collecting logs and data to minimize impacts.
- Ticket Queue Management: Analyze, diagnose and resolve low-to-mid complexity incidents and requests (focused on OMS Sell In), preparing the correct context for escalation when necessary.
- Automation Development: Develop scripts and automations of low-to-mid complexity to replace manual processes and accelerate the team's support routines.
- Documentation: Actively contribute to structuring the area by creating and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base with solution documentation, manual processes and OMS flows.
- KPI Monitoring: Assist in monitoring area indicators to help the team identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Problem Management: Assist the team in investigating root causes of recurring incidents and product integration failures.
- Production Environment Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems and dashboards to proactively identify anomalies.
Requirements
What do they need to have and know?
- Experience with Kotlin.
- Knowledge of how REST APIs work.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and familiarity with NoSQL.
- Familiarity with code versioning (Git) and code review practices.
- Knowledge in messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar) and event-driven architecture.
- Investigative profile and sharp programming logic to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, etc.).
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
- Basic notions of Cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containers (Docker).
- Any prior experience with high-volume systems.
