Campaign and Lifecycle Management: Measure the effectiveness of relationship funnels and one-off campaigns, designing A/B tests and control group analyses to ensure real incremental lift in sales and the health of the reseller base.
Technical Autonomy with Data (SQL/GCP): Master extraction and manipulation of large datasets via SQL (Google Cloud Platform), able to automate routine dashboards and create custom views that support fast team decision-making.
Interface with Cross-functional Teams: Actively collaborate with Digital Activation, Merchandising/Assortment (Grade) and Technology teams, ensuring activation data reflects business reality and that tactical action plans are implemented quickly.
Storytelling and Executive Reporting: Translate technical data into business insights, preparing materials and presentations for Manager and Director levels that clearly show CRM strategy results and recommended next steps.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
Strong SQL and GCP Proficiency: Solid experience extracting, processing and modeling data (BigQuery/GCP). Must be able to navigate complex databases to produce independent CRM diagnostics.
CRM and Activation Measurement: Knowledge of testing methodologies (A/B and control groups) and digital funnel metrics (Open Rates, Reach, Engagement and Conversion).
Data Translation and Automation: Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights, with a focus on optimization and automating analytical routines to deliver scale and speed.
Analytical Reasoning and Storytelling: Skill in linking activation data to business outcomes, structuring presentations that provide clear diagnostics and actionable recommendations for management and directors.
Proactive and Autonomous Profile: Hands-on attitude to identify performance issues and propose solutions proactively, with agility to adapt tactics in fast-changing scenarios.
