Support the team on ongoing innovation and renovation projects
Participate in innovation and renovation projects, gaining exposure to all stages of product development (competitor and market analysis, brainstorming and workshop sessions)
Assist the Innovation & Renovation team in preparing presentations, designing concepts and creating product value propositions and supporting materials
Organize and coordinate product tastings with the sensory lab to refine product profiles
Explore new trends and opportunities in innovation and renovation
Monitor competing products and major trends in our key markets (competitive analyses and consumer insights)
Track and analyze the performance of innovations and their sensory profiles throughout their lifecycle to recommend corrective actions
Support the team in organizing the BU Council
Contribute to the setup of the annual strategic meeting that brings together all markets, during which the innovation and renovation plan will be presented
Create marketing assets to showcase innovations (visuals, videos, mock-ups, etc.)
Requirements
Master's-level education (Bac+5) with a specialization in marketing
Previous internship experience in marketing and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
Fluent in French and very good level of English, both written and spoken (international dimension of the role)
Passionate about the beverage sector, a consumer of beverages, and interested in innovation
Recognized for your curiosity and open-mindedness
Autonomous with the ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
