Role Overview
Main Responsibilities:
- For candidates based in São Paulo and surrounding regions: hybrid work model — 3 days in-office and 2 days remote; candidates from other states: fully remote.
- Responsible for the negotiation and sales process;
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients;
- Conduct outbound prospecting;
- Keep the CRM (HubSpot) up to date;
- Operate at the operational and tactical levels with areas that directly and indirectly impact the client;
- Prepare commercial proposals in accordance with client needs;
- Manage performance indicators for your client portfolio.
Requirements
Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to work in a challenging, dynamic, target-driven environment;
- Good communication, presentation skills, organization, proactivity, and a results-oriented profile;
- Experience in the logistics sector.
