Build and optimise customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms).
Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and analytics.
Maintain and manage marketing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy laws.
Work with the broader marketing team to support campaign execution across channels—email, social, web, and paid.
Assist in the planning and coordination of digital campaigns aligned to key product, brand, and sponsorship initiatives.
Create and edit digital assets including EDMs, landing pages, banners, and social media content using templates and/or Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance across platforms.
Liaise with sales, product, and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned to business priorities and timelines.
Support ad hoc digital requests across the business (e.g., event communications, internal newsletters, social updates).
Requirements
4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivering robust and scalable marketing solutions
Comprehensive understanding across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem, including Content Builder, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio.
Proficient in designing, building, and optimizing multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, including use of decision splits, entry sources, and Email/SMS/Push sends.
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer journey building.
Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS for email or landing page edits.
Comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Salesforce dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, copywriting, and quality control.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of best practices in email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.
Experience in building automated workflows, including SQL query activities, data extracts, and imports.
Strong SQL skills to create and manage queries for audience segmentation, data extensions, and automation workflows.
Strong hands-on experience with core modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
Proficient in designing, building, and optimizing multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, including use of decision splits, entry sources, and email/sms/push sends.
