About this role
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco service contracts and subscriptions
Proactively track upcoming renewals and engage customers well in advance of expiration dates
Prepare and deliver renewal quotes in alignment with Cisco Systems pricing and policies
Work closely with sales teams, account managers, and channel partners to close renewals
Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Resolve customer issues related to renewals, pricing discrepancies, or contract terms
Ensure compliance with Cisco licensing and support policies
Forecast renewal pipelines and provide regular reporting to management
Stay updated on Cisco programs, promotions, and lifecycle changes
Maintain relationships with salespeople and vendors
Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders timely and accurately
Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Vendors
Requirements
Experience in IT sales support, renewals, or contract management (preferably with Cisco products/services)
Strong understanding of Cisco service offerings
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
