Lead and develop the UX team (designers and researchers)
Structure and evolve design processes (discovery → delivery)
Ensure experience consistency and drive the evolution of the Design System
Plan and conduct user research

Drive applied AI initiatives in the product, creating safe and intuitive experiences (automations, recommendations, conversational interfaces)

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields
Experience with complex B2B products (SaaS, ERP, technical systems)
Figma (prototyping and design)
Design System (creation or evolution)
User research (interviews, testing, analysis)
Information Architecture (complex flows and robust systems)
UX metrics and behavioral analysis
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
