As a Software Consultant, you are the central interface between our customers and our software
You accompany projects from kickoff through to successful go-live, ensuring our solutions provide real value in daily operations
You help customers get the most out of their inventory management software
You install and configure our software — on-site, remotely, or in the cloud
You analyze business processes and translate them into tailored software solutions
You conduct online and in-person training sessions and enable customers to work with the software effectively
You coordinate the necessary steps with all involved partners
You relay valuable customer feedback to development and support and actively help shape our software

A vocational qualification or degree in IT — or equivalent practical experience (career changers with professional experience are expressly welcome!)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner with customers
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
Ideally, knowledge of retail or hospitality operations and initial experience with inventory management and POS systems
Good knowledge of Windows systems and networks
Experience with relational databases; SQL skills are a plus
Excellent German language skills; English skills are welcome
