Implementations Consultant – Budgeting Software

Role Overview

• Own the end-to-end rollout of IMP Planner into new multi-academy trust customers
• Lead the configuration of IMP Planner for each new trust
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the trust throughout implementation
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of client requirements
• Feed customer insight back into Product, Customer Success, and Consulting

Requirements

• Knowledge of Multi-Academy Trust Accounting & Budgeting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Proven problem-solving skills with analytical approach
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience in MAT or school finance, or in implementing finance / budgeting / planning / FP&A software
