About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership for advancing the overall financial performance of Geisinger Health and its subsidiaries.
- Executes roadmap to design, implement, train, and support all financial business intelligence and analytic tools required to achieve all financial and operational objectives.
- Leads the development of service and product line profitability reporting.
- Identifies opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and process improvements within the Geisinger Transformation program.
- Develops metric and benchmark scorecards, trend and variance reports, and dashboards that meet Finance Partner and Operations Administrator needs.
- Prepares external benchmarking submissions, quarterly reports, and distribution to system leaders.
- Collaborates with Finance Partners to educate operations management on financial and productivity metrics and benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 7 years in Healthcare (Required)
- Minimum of 7 years managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
