Role Overview
- Responsible for building and managing a global team of trading operations professionals
- Ensure timely settlements, reconciliation and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies
- Support client interactions across multiple teams
- Work closely with trading and other areas of client operations to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined
Requirements
- 7+ years experience supporting post trade activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility
- Have led the creation of end-to-end trade operations processes
- A track record of assembling and leading teams that are both efficient and adaptable in the face of evolving business needs
