Conduct day-to-day maintenance activities, maintaining machine availability.
Conduct proactive work including PPM and improvement work.
Actively and analytically fault find.
Contribute to implementing new working methods.
Participate in continuous improvement.
Get involved in site projects.
Maintain maintenance monitoring.
Operate in line with all health and safety standards.
Implement and adhere to safe working practices in accordance with legislation.
Support the Lead Engineers in implementing workplace organisation across the engineering department.
Mentor Apprentices within the Maintenance department.
Attend daily engineering steering, weekly RCA and monthly energy meetings.

experience operating as a qualified Engineer, preferably with an electrical bias within a manufacturing environment
strong technical knowledge in injection moulding, extrusion and automated assembly systems
excellent communication skills across all mediums
ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
organisational and prioritisation skills
a high degree of flexibility to meet business needs.
