Role Overview
- Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce CPQ
- Draft contracts for new sale and renewals within Salesforce
- Participating in data governance projects and assist with clean-up activities within salesforce.
- Participating in billing and sales related projects and assist with providing meaningful solutions.
- Resolving general inquiries related to new sales and renewals.
- Providing subject matter expertise while performing the root cause analysis of issues within OTC system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience.
- Collaborate with different internal departments such as order management, legal, fulfillment, Cash apps and collections to resolve client queries.
Requirements
- Strong comprehension, verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive mindset, excellent work ethic.
