Requirements
10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or technology roles — with meaningful hands-on experience in AI and automation
Technically credible: you understand LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar), APIs, and AI integration patterns well enough to evaluate trade-offs, guide engineers, and engage in substantive design conversations.
Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and delivering measurable, automation-driven improvements
Demonstrated track record of taking AI automation initiatives from concept to production at enterprise scale—not just building strategies, but shipping solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language — and business pain into solvable technical problems
Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing senior leaders without direct authority
Strong program management instincts: you bring structure and rigor to ambiguous environments, manage multiple concurrent initiatives without losing momentum, and hold teams accountable to outcomes over activities.
Experience managing vendors and implementation partners
