Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Support CapEx tracking and management, ensuring accurate classification and documentation of capital expenses.
Assist with accounting processes beyond AP, including reconciliations and financial data validation.
Work within accounting systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end close activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, including the use of AI tools when applicable.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with exposure to broader accounting functions.
Experience supporting or interacting with accounting processes (e.g., reconciliations, reporting, or GL support).
Familiarity with CapEx processes or fixed assets is a strong plus.
Experience working with accounting systems or ERPs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with U.S.-based teams.
Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have: Experience in the Senior Living, Healthcare, or Property Management industries; Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives; Interest or experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) to improve efficiency.
