Responsible for standardizing and controlling corporate processes in sanitation-related areas, as well as managing projects, planning, costs and schedules, ensuring deadlines, budgets and company targets are met.
Prepare and present management reports, coordinate teams and ensure appropriate management in compliance with internal quality, environmental, compliance and safety standards, promoting continuous improvement.
Define corporate processes, guidelines and procedures that ensure quality and compliance across all SPVs (SPEs) for activities related to water treatment and distribution, sewer collection and treatment, hydraulic and electromechanical maintenance, technical registry/georeferencing and water loss reduction.
Ensure legal, regulatory and sectoral compliance across all Operations.
Manage projects, planning, costs and documentation, oversee schedules, ensure work is assigned to the appropriate resources, and that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate the area(s) under your responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative and personnel resources.
Define, monitor and analyze indicators that reflect operational, environmental, social and economic efficiency.
Establish long-term efficiency targets.
Develop and manage action plans aimed at achieving company targets.
Present management reports on the results of projects under your responsibility.
Provide technical support to Operations to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Promote technical training and the dissemination of best practices.
Consolidate knowledge-sharing mechanisms between units.
Approve terms of reference as needed, keeping documentation regularized.
Technically approve proposals received from suppliers for studies and project execution, ensuring their feasibility.
Promote projects and solutions that reduce costs and risks and increase economic and socio-environmental value.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
Postgraduate degree/specialization in related areas
