Execute the end-to-end onsite merchandising strategy, including homepage and navigation to product discovery and conversion optimization.
Translate business goals into clear onsite priorities.
Leverage data to identify opportunities.
Drive cross-functional execution across Growth, Product, Creative, and Analytics.
Balance customer experience, brand storytelling, and commercial performance.

6+ years in eCommerce / site merchandising / digital merchandising
Proven track record of driving conversion and revenue growth through onsite optimization
Strong experience with web analytics (GA, Amplitude or similar)
A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Merchandising and personalization tools (e.g., Bloomreach)
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Creative teams
Shopify experience strongly preferred.
