Role Overview
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across your book (retention + expansion)
- Lead structured, high-quality weekly client calls with senior stakeholders
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities proactively
- Build relationships where you are viewed as a trusted revenue advisor—not support
- Analyze outbound performance (reply rates, targeting, sequencing, deliverability)
- Diagnose issues quickly and recommend clear, data-backed actions
- Partner with clients on ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy refinement
- Surface risks and opportunities before clients ask
- Work daily inside HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, and AI workflows
- Pull and interpret campaign data independently—no reliance on technical teams
- Maintain accurate account insights, pipeline visibility, and health tracking
- Translate client needs into clear execution plans for internal teams
- Use Claude as a core operating tool for:
- Call preparation and strategic thinking
- Campaign analysis and insight generation
- Client communication and synthesis
- Leverage Clay for signal detection, enrichment, and outbound insights
- Continuously improve workflows using AI and automation tools
Requirements
- 5+ years in agency, consultancy, or revenue-facing client roles
- Proven track record owning client revenue (NRR, upsells, retention)
- Strong background in outbound sales, demand generation, or GTM strategy
- Hands-on experience with Clay (REQUIRED) You must have used Clay in a real workflow environment (not theoretical exposure)
- Daily operational use of Claude (REQUIRED) This is not optional—you should already rely on AI for thinking, analysis, and execution
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Airtable, or similar CRM/data tools
- Ability to independently analyze campaign data and form strategic recommendations
- Executive-level communication skills with founders, CROs, and senior stakeholders
- Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or outbound-heavy environments
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n or similar)
- Experience managing international clients and distributed teams
- Exposure to building or scaling client success/revenue functions
