Build, mentor, and manage the Solutions Engineering team across APJ, ensuring strong coverage for enterprise, commercial, growth, and SMB segments.
Partner with Sales leadership to increase conversion rates, accelerate deal cycles, and optimize resource allocation to maximize ARR growth.
Partner on key customer and prospect conversations, supporting senior stakeholders in articulating Vanta’s value to CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders, with regular engagement with customers and partners across the region.
Establish and execute a consistent operating rhythm, ensuring forecasting accuracy, deal inspection, and scalable best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to represent the voice of the APJ customer and influence roadmap priorities.
Contribute to Vanta’s Global Solutions Center of Excellence by building playbooks, enablement frameworks, and knowledge-sharing practices that scale globally.
Recruit, develop, and retain top SE talent in APJ, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related technical consulting roles in SaaS; at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven experience leading regional or global SE teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, or risk management domains (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Executive presence with the ability to build trust with CISOs, CIOs, and technical stakeholders.
A data-driven operator with experience setting goals, analyzing performance, and scaling processes.
Strong communicator and coach, with a passion for developing people and building diverse teams.
Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional nuances and cultures.
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
